Warranty Information
All our products come with a 3-month warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please note, this warranty does not extend to issues caused by regular wear and tear. Additionally, darker-colored sheepskin may experience slight dye transfer during the first few uses, and lighter-colored sheepskin may absorb ink from clothing. This kind of discoloration is not covered under the warranty.
As sheepskin is a natural material, variations in color, texture, and imperfections may occur. These characteristics are part of the material’s charm and contribute to the unique beauty of each pair. However, these natural variations may also affect the fit or wear of the product and are not covered under the warranty.
Faulty, Damaged, or Major Issues
We do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind. However, if your item has a major problem, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. A major problem includes situations where the item:
- Has a defect that would have discouraged purchase if known in advance
- Is unsafe to use
- Significantly differs from the sample or description
- Does not function as promised or requested and cannot be easily repaired
Please retain your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) for reference.
All items undergo a thorough inspection for damages and defects before shipment. We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and contacting us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Please be aware that refund processing times may vary. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ozugg.com.
